Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use BizGrow.

2. Description of Service

BizGrow is a cloud-based SaaS platform that enables businesses to manage leads, track follow-ups, assign tasks to employees, monitor attendance, and analyse sales pipeline data. The Service is provided via web panel and mobile application. Features available to you depend on the subscription plan you have selected.

3. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@ujudebug.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Each business account may have multiple employee sub-accounts. Business owners are responsible for the actions of all employees added to their account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BizGrow to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Upload or distribute malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the Service without written permission.
• Store or process sensitive personal data (e.g. financial account numbers, health records) unless explicitly permitted under your plan.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the Service without our consent.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

BizGrow is offered on subscription tiers. By selecting a paid plan:

• You authorise us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to registered businesses.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account to the free tier.

6. Your Data & Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to BizGrow ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant ujudebug a limited licence to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose. You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

BizGrow, its logo, design, code, and all platform content (excluding Your Content) are the exclusive property of ujudebug and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that all data will be preserved in every circumstance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ujudebug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use BizGrow. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from within the BizGrow dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of BizGrow after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
