• Account information: Business name, contact person name, phone number, and email address provided during registration.
• Employee data: Names, phone numbers, and roles of employees added to your BizGrow account by your business.
• Lead & customer data: Contact details, notes, follow-up records, and any other information you or your employees enter about prospective or existing customers.
• Authentication data: One-time passwords (OTP) sent to phone numbers for identity verification. OTPs are short-lived and not stored after use.
• Usage data: Log data such as IP addresses, device type, browser, pages visited, and timestamps collected automatically when you use the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the BizGrow platform.
• Authenticate users via OTP and manage session security.
• Send push notifications and in-app alerts relevant to your leads and tasks.
• Process subscription payments and manage your plan tier.
• Respond to support requests sent to support@ujudebug.com.
• Monitor platform health, detect abuse, and improve service quality.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your customer (lead) data for our own marketing or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We may share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers: Trusted third parties (hosting, SMS/OTP delivery, push notifications via Firebase) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid government order.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred with appropriate notice.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), JWT-based authentication for mobile access, and server-side session management for web panels. While we work hard to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

5. Cookies & Tracking

The BizGrow web panel uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with the landing page. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect functionality of the web panel.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon account termination, data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 additional days following deletion.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Business owners can delete employee accounts and lead records directly within the BizGrow dashboard at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

BizGrow is intended for use by businesses and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered businesses of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
