What is BizGrow?
BizGrow is a cloud-based Lead Management and CRM platform built for small and mid-sized businesses. It helps you track leads, manage employees, monitor attendance and location, and automate customer follow-ups — from a web dashboard and a mobile app.
How do employees log in?
Employees use OTP-based login with their registered phone number. No password is required — they enter their phone number, receive a one-time code, and they're in. Simple and secure.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. BizGrow has a dedicated mobile app for both iOS and Android. Employees use it to manage leads, mark GPS attendance, log follow-ups, and update customer information directly from the field.
Can I try BizGrow before paying?
Absolutely. All plans start with a free trial period so you can explore the full feature set before committing. No credit card is required to get started.
How does GPS attendance work?
Employees open the mobile app and tap "Mark In" when they start work and "Mark Out" when done. Both actions capture GPS coordinates so you know exactly where they were when clocking in or out. The business dashboard shows a daily attendance report with times and locations.
What is the difference between a Business and Employee account?
A Business account is the owner or manager — they have access to all leads, all employees, attendance reports, customer lists, and analytics. An Employee account sees only the leads assigned to them and their own attendance record.
What is WhatsApp Automation?
On the Elite plan, you can schedule automated WhatsApp messages to be sent to leads or customers when they are assigned a specific tag. This is ideal for follow-up campaigns and post-sale engagement without any manual effort.
Is my business data secure?
Yes. All data is stored securely in the cloud with encrypted connections (HTTPS). We never share your business or customer data with third parties. Each business's data is fully isolated from other tenants on the platform.
